See how the system calculates a block's hours

Move the points slider to see total workload, contact and self-study hours, and how hours split across departments by weight.

  • Weights validated to total 100%
  • Contact-hour budget is never exceeded
  • Report of activities that could not be scheduled, with reasons

  • Physiology0 h

Rule: 1 point = 25 workload hours = 12.5 contact + 12.5 self-study. Self-study never enters the timetable.

What the platform offers

Connected modules covering the whole study-affairs cycle

Students & groups

Import students from Excel with a preview before saving, then split them into groups and sections.

Blocks & Study Guide

Define blocks, credit points, duration, teaching activities and lecture titles.

Automatic timetable

Clash-free scheduling with per-group lecture numbering and a lecture map.

Staff & rooms

Teaching load, off-days, room capacities and reserved rooms.

Exams & committees

Exam schedules, committee and invigilator distribution, and lab distribution.

Readiness & analytics

Data-readiness checks and analytics for workload, rooms and conflicts.

Reports & export

PDF, real Word and Excel files with the university and college logos, CSV and print, with your institution's own header and footer.

Permissions & tenants

Fine-grained permissions per user, enforced in both pages and services, with data isolated per institution.

Scheduling intelligence

It does not just place sessions — it checks, anticipates and explains

A validation and analysis layer on top of the scheduler: it spots problems before generation and protects the timetable after publishing.

Readiness check before generation

Reveals missing staff, rooms or student data and what blocks scheduling, with a readiness score per block.

Parallel levels without clashes

Parallel levels are scheduled around each other: no staff member, room or group in two places at once, plus a full conflicts register.

Early capacity warning

Before you generate: will the halls and labs left after the saved timetables be enough?

What-If simulation & recommendations

Try adding a staff member, room or week and compare the outcome without touching real data, with cost-ranked suggestions.

Change impact after publishing

A staff absence, a closed room or a new holiday: see the affected sessions and ready replacements, and notify approvers.

Clinical-level rules

Clinical levels take practicals only in the skills and forensic labs, detected automatically.

Fair and comfortable distribution

Weekly balance of group lectures, less waiting for sections, and teaching load shared by academic rank.

Search & institution assistant

Unified search across staff, rooms, blocks and timetables, and an assistant that answers about your timetables and loads within your permissions.

How it works

From zero to an approved timetable in four steps

  1. 1

    Set up the structure

Colleges, departments, years, groups, students, staff and rooms.

  2. 2

    Define the blocks

Points, duration, department weights and Study Guide activities.

  3. 3

    Generate the timetable

Automatic scheduling with clash checks and a report of anything that could not be placed.

  4. 4

    Review, approve & export

Vice-dean review and dean approval, with their names and signatures in the timetable footer, then export in multiple formats.

Who it is for

A place for everyone involved in running the studies

Dean & vice-deans

Review and approve timetables with their signature in the footer, and track readiness and analytics.

Study affairs staff

Enter data, manage students and blocks, and produce timetables.

FAQ

Quick answers

Does the platform need installation?

No. It runs directly in the browser on any device and can be installed as a web app.

Is each institution's data separate?

Yes. Every institution and college has its own data, settings and permissions.

How does the system keep the timetable valid?

It derives the contact-hour budget from block points and checks the timetable against it, detects staff, room and group clashes, and lists activities that could not be placed, with reasons.

Which export formats are available?

PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and print, with your institution's official header and footer.

Are Arabic and English supported?

Yes. The interface and reports support both languages with instant switching.

How do review and approval work?

A timetable moves through validation, vice-dean review, dean approval and publishing, with separation of duties. Each one's name, title and signature (typed or an image) appears in the footer of the printed and exported timetable.

What if several levels study at the same time?

Levels are scheduled around each other so no staff member or room repeats in the same slot, and you get warnings before generation if the remaining labs or halls will not be enough.

Ready to start?

Create your institution's account and try the platform for free, or sign in if you already have one.
